You were never too much. You were just carrying what was never meant to be yours.
Why Hire Megan
Speaking
I’m invited to schools, women’s groups, staff, team, meetings, schools, nonprofits, and businesses because I bring more than a message. I bring transformation.
I combine lived experience, clinical training, and trauma informed storytelling to create talks that reach people on a heart level and move them toward real, sustainable change.
With a background in child development, attachment theory, and family systems, and years of experience in schools, private practice, and community spaces, I understand how wounds form, how they surface later in life, and how healing truly unfolds.
I do not inspire for a moment.
I equip for the long haul.
I do not simply challenge minds.
I courageously and compassionately challenge hearts.
From women’s conferences to church retreats, from school staff trainings to teen workshops, I bring honesty, warmth, humor, faith, and research backed insight that audiences instantly connect with.
I speak to the places people quietly carry pain and show them that wholeness is not only possible. It is available.

Megan has given me so much valuable guidance and wisdom. She has a true gift for speaking life into you, offering the exact words you need to hear in the moment you need them most. Her guidance feels deeply aligned, thoughtful, and intentional.
In a very personal moment when I was in my own head, she saw it immediately. She created a safe, loving space for me, prayed over me, and prayed me through it. That alone speaks volumes about who she is and the heart she carries.
She comes from such a loving and peaceful place that when she speaks, her words truly land where they’re meant to. You do not just hear them, you feel the love, kindness, and care behind everything she shares. I am so grateful for her presence, her words, and the way she shows up with genuine compassion.

The moment I met Megan, it was a full-body yes.
And not because of her long list of credentials, although they are wildly impressive. It was her heart. Her presence. The way she communicates in a way that feels both grounded and deeply human.
The way Megan speaks one-on-one is the same way she speaks on a stage, clear, compassionate, and anchored in truth. There’s no performance. Just integrity. The work she does matters, and you can feel that in every word she shares.
She has this rare ability to create safety around conversations we don’t always know how to name. The uncomfortable ones. The tender ones. The ones that actually change us. Whether through her writing or her voice, she weaves language in a way that opens people rather than shuts them down.
Megan is an expert in self-worth and boundaries, and she carries a strong, steady voice for advocacy, especially for women. What’s powerful is her ability to create massive transformation in a one-on-one setting and hold that same depth when speaking to larger groups.
Women’s groups. Church groups. Schools. Staff meetings. If you’re looking for someone who can navigate hard conversations with grace, ease, and undeniable impact, she’s your girl.
There is something deeply special about the way Megan shows up. And the world is better for it.
Brande Sharar, Elementary Teacher, Great Valley Academy
I invited Megan into my classroom because I wanted some advice and extra support. She came in 6–7 times and was able to observe a Tier 1 Student Support Plan child, along with several other high needs students. We met afterward, and she shared some really helpful ideas that I’m slowly starting to put into practice.
One of the biggest takeaways for me was being reminded to pause and regroup with the class. Megan helped me see how much students feed off my energy and that it’s okay to stop, breathe, and reset instead of pushing through to the next activity. She connected this to Conscious Discipline and helped me notice the exact moments when a reset was needed. It was honestly reassuring to hear that it’s okay if everything doesn’t get done, especially when you’re in survival mode.
If you have a student on a Tier 1 Student Support Plan, I highly recommend having Megan come into your classroom. Beyond supporting that student, she offered great ideas for the whole class — from spotting other students who might benefit from Tier 1 support, to rearranging furniture, to using my para in more effective ways.
I’m really thankful I reached out. The experience was supportive, practical, and gave me ideas I can actually use right away.
