When purpose meets passion

✨ It’s Official: My Website Is Live Today ✨

It’s been an emotional day knowing this launch post was coming tonight. This morning I thought to myself, “Man, this has been a year in the making.” Then I thought, “This has actually been 15 years in the making,” thinking about when I started my career and first thought of this name for myself, “The Codependent Counselor”. Then, I sat with it and realized this isn’t my next career move, this, is me boldly embracing my purpose, and that my friends, is my lifetime in the making. 

As we step into a new year, I’m stepping into a new chapter, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

After years of quietly holding this dream, my website is officially live. It’s a space that brings together my heart for healing, my work as a counselor, speaker, author, and my passion for helping women, teens, and families break free from patterns that no longer serve them.

I want to be clear about something that matters deeply to me:

This new direction does not mean I’m leaving my school-based counseling work. I love the work I do in schools, and it continues to be a meaningful, grounding part of my life and calling. My heart has room for both ~ supporting students where they are and walking alongside women and communities who are ready for deeper healing and growth.

This website represents the intersection of lived experience, professional training, faith, and the belief that healing happens best in safe connection.
